The Global Policy Network (GPN) provides information to the general public on the state of working people in the global economy. It also exchanges information and facilitates coordinated research and analysis among its contributing organizations. [Click here for full statement of purpose]

The GPN Fair Trade Project
GPN partners throughout the Americas have been engaged in a exercise to gather ideas for a new, people-friendly, trade policy. The process is still underway and the goal is to arrive at a democratically constructed, broadly supported template for a trade policy that is friendly to working families. The elements of a new trade policy will soon be presented to the Obama Administration and key Members of the U.S. Congress. This Web-based dialog gives a chance to anyone to contribute to this process (in English or Spanish). Read more, and contribute your ideas, at FairTradePolicy.GPN.org.
